Two Eastern Place offers convenience and comfort for savvy international students. Boasting 95 contemporary apartments in close proximity to Swinburne University. We were engaged to rebrand the development in a final effort to sell the last 12 apartments.
Since the completion of the development in 2006, the apartments were never fully sold. Following the rebrand, the remaining 12 apartments were sold in 2 months.
